Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, 2018, Max Heights Infrastucture has informed that it enclosed the Confirmation Certificate issued by Skyline Financial Services, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the Company dated 02nd April, 2026 to the effect that no physical certificate was received for dematerialization for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2026.
