Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transrail Lighting has informed that the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India have issued a warning letter on April 1, 2026 for intimation submitted by the Company on May 16, 2025 on cessation of employment of Major Sukriti Shukla Retd. with citing the reason as ‘Major Sukriti Shukla Retd. is no longer serving as Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Management Personnel of the Company’ instead of citing the reason as ‘Termination/ Removal’. Further, they clarified that the Company was mindful of avoiding any public statement that would have cast aspersions on the standing of Major Shukla by explicitly stating the reason ’Termination/ Removal’ as it would have negatively impacted her professional reputation in public, resulting into an inability to secure any potential employment and which would have placed an untenable stigma on her reputation depriving her of her livelihood. The warning letters received from BSE and NSE are enclosed. Further, the Company reiterates that it shall ensure that the exact reason is stated in such disclosures henceforth in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI regulations.
