Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), Advik Capital has informed that Chhavi Gupta has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 2, 2026. Chhavi Gupta is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and possesses the requisite qualifications and experience to effectively discharge the responsibilities of the said position. Further, her appointment as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, shall be considered by the Board of Directors at its ensuing meeting. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A.
