Shilchar Technologies has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), it has submitted the details of Order dated 26th March, 2026, issued by The Joint Commissioner of Central Tax, CGST and Central Excise, Vadodara-I. The Order dated 26th March, 2026 has been received by the Company through speed post on 01st April, 2026. Further details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI circular SEBI/ HO/ CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
