The Orissa Minerals Development Company informs about closure of trading window
The Orissa Minerals Development Company has informed that, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company, for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting, inter alia, for considering the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company, for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
