Advait Energy Transitions has informed that Advait Energy Holdings AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company domiciled in Norway, has undergone winding up and has been liquidated with effect from March 31, 2026 Also further enclosed the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are given in Annexure A.
