Enkei Wheels (India) informs about closing of trading window
Enkei Wheels (India) has informed that, as per the Code of Conduct of the Company (Amended) under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 (Amended) to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider, approve and to declare the financial results will be intimated separately in due course.
