Utique Enterprises has informed that the Company will close the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, the Trading Window will be closed from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the dissemination of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
