Swastika Investmart informs about closure of trading window
Swastika Investmart has informed that, pursuant to requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters & promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and their immediate relatives and connected person with effect from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025.
