United Breweries informs about loss of share certificate
Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(3)2025-MIRSD-POD/I/1102/2025 dated December 24, 2025 regarding simplification of procedure for issuance of duplicate share certificates, United Breweries has informed that it has received a request from a shareholder, through its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), for issuance of a duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original share certificate reported lost/misplaced. In this regard, the company has published newspaper advertisements on March 27, 2026, copies of which are enclosed herewith, in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
