In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A (7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) 2015, Prima Plastics informed that Mr. Pratik Bhaskar Parekh, Chief Operating Officer (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company, with effect from March 23, 2026, to take up the role of Executive Chairman and Managing Director in its Subsidiary Company, i.e., Prima Innovation.
