Jayaswal Neco Industries informs about closure of trading window
Jayaswal Neco Industries has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall remain closed for all the Designated persons (Insiders/ Connected Persons) of the Company from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for that quarter to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Trading Window of the Company, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall remain closed for all the Designated persons (Insiders/Connected Persons) of the Company from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 up to 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ending 31st March, 2026 are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
