Cineline India informs about closure of trading window
Cineline India has informed that in terms of notification dated 02nd April, 2019 towards clarification regarding trading restriction period under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2026 in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due Course.
