Unijolly Investments Company has informed that as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the Trading Window for transactions in shares of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the date of announcement/ declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
