lsgec Heavy Engineering informs about receipt of income tax order
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, lsgec Heavy Engineering has informed that Saraswati Sugar Mills, a material wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received an order dated March 25, 2026 (Received on March 26, 2026) under Section 143(3) read with Section 144B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for Assessment Year 2024-25 (Financial year 2023-24), involving a demand of Rs 18.80 Crore. The requisite details / particulars, in terms of SEBI Circular No. H0/49/14/14(7)2025- CFDPOD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, read with other applicable circulars, are set out in Annexure l.
