Avantel has received a Rate Contract worth of Rs 459.90 crore exclusive of taxes for Supply and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Satellite Communication Equipment’s from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses. 

Kajaria Ceramics has acquired 9,50,000 (i.e. 10%) equity shares of Kajaria Surfaces. The purpose of the acquisition was to make Kajaria Surfaces as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and accordingly, after the completion of acquisition of additional 10% equity shares of Kajaria Surfaces on March 24, 2026, it has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.  

Sanathan Textiles’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Sanathan Polycot has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement (SSSHA) and a Power Supply and Consumption Agreement (PSCA) to acquire 26% stake in Serentica Renewables India 33, a subsidiary of Serentica Renewables India, in tranches, for sourcing renewable power as a captive consumer for a contracted capacity of 32 MW. The above acquisition is subject to conditions precedent and regulatory approvals which is expected to be completed in line with the agreed tranche timelines. 

ACME Solar Holdings (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary - ACME Surya Power, has commissioned the second phase of 35.714 MW / 160.48 MWh out of 250 MW / 1103.392 MWh capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project located at Village: Jaimalsar, Dist: Bikaner, State: Rajasthan. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the stated phase–II shall be March 26, 2026. With this, ACME Surya Power has achieved a commissioned capacity of 95.714 MW / 430.086 MWh out of 250 MW / 1103.392 MWh.

Ceigall India has received two work orders from Purvah Green Power to be executed in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The first order is for Supply, transportation, erection including civil work on turnkey basis for a 220 kV transmission line including the Right of Way and statutory approvals. The another order is for Construction works for balance of plant for the 300.3 MW hybrid (wind) power project in Ralla A.P (Project) comprising 91 wind turbine generators (WTGs), including construction completion, and testing of the WTG foundations and the access roads and pathways.

Dev Accelerator’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 24, 2026, has approved a fund raise of up to Rs 35 crore through the preferential issuance of Convertible Warrants and Equity Shares to Promoters and Non-Promoter investor, subject to shareholder approval and applicable regulatory compliances.  

NTPC Green Energy (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nxtra Data (Nxtra) on March 24, 2026 at NTPC Bhawan, New Delhi. The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards development of Renewable Energy Projects for the supply of RE RTC power to Nxtra Datacenters on PAN India basis for their captive consumption.
