Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Wardwizard Healthcare has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday , 23th March 2026 has approved the appointment of Upadhyay and Company LLP , Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 131136W) , as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27 in accordance with the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 and based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
