UP Hotels informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and designated persons, UP Hotels has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, will be communicated in due course of time.
