Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and code of conduct of the Company, TD Power Systems has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Company’s share will be closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company as covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after disclosure of 4th Quarter and Annual Financial Results of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for consideration of Audited Financial Results for the period ending March 31, 2026 will be informed in due course.
