In continuation of letter dated 31st July, 2025 and pursuant to Part A Para A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and in terms of SEBI circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 31st January, 2026, Skipper has informed that the Company has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the name of SKIPPER LATAM LTDA in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, are hereby enclosed as Annexure-A.
