Spectrum Electrical Industries informs about completion of acquisition
In continuation of the outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Spectrum Electrical Industries has informed that the Company has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Alric Electric. The details of the acquisition are enclosed. Relevant details as per SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 already disclosed in the outcome of Board Meeting held on 4th February, 2026.
