Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cyber Media (India) has informed that it enclosed copy of advertisement published in the newspapers, ‘Business Standard’ English Edition, and Hindi Edition, both dated March 07, 2026, with respect to Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice for payment of First and Final Call Money in respect of partly paid-up equity shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of the Company. Advertisement copies are also available on the Company’s website at www.cybermedia.co.in.
