In continuation to its earlier intimation dated February 24, 2026 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and Regulation 46(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, wherein the Company had provided a pre-intimation regarding its participation in the ICICI Securities Annual Investor Conference 2026 to be held on March 9, 2026. In reference to the same, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Company will not be participating in above referred conference.
