Savita Oil Technologies informs about demise of executive director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Savita Oil Technologies has informed about the sad demise of Vishal Sood, Executive Director of the Company on Tuesday, 3rd March, 2026. Vishal Sood joined the Company as President – Lube Division in June, 2021 and then served as an Executive Director with effect from 27th August, 2024. All the Directors and employees of the Company convey their deep sympathy, sorrow, and condolences to his family. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are provided in Annexure 1.
