Aarti Drugs’ arm incorporates overseas wholly owned subsidiary
The new subsidiary is incorporated for marketing the formulation drugs and participating in tender and private market in Chile
Aarti Drugs’ subsidiary -- Pinnacle Chile SpA, has incorporated an overseas wholly owned subsidiary in the name of Tripharma Chile SpA. Accordingly, the newly incorporated company becomes a step-down subsidiary of the Aarti Drugs. The new subsidiary is incorporated for marketing the formulation drugs and participating in tender and private market in Chile. Its business is in line with the business of its holding companies.
Aarti Drugs is engaged in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Pharma Intermediates, Specialty Chemicals and also produces Formulations with its wholly-owned subsidiary - Pinnacle Life Science.
