Vikram Kamats Hospitality informs about allotment of equity shares
Vikram Kamats Hospitality has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has approved and allotted 1,54,000 Equity Shares to Kamats Worldwide Food Services of face value of ₹ 10 each fully paid up, pursuant to conversion of 1,54,000 Warrants and upon the receipt of balance 70% of the subscription money therefor. These equity shares allotted on conversion of the warrants, shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
