FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per February 27 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15521.53 crore against gross selling of Rs 17950.69 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2429.16 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2149.83 crore with gross sales of Rs 2450.97 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 301.14 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 68.55 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 128.80 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 103.79 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16.66 crore against gross selling of Rs 82.83 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 66.17 crore in hybrid segment.
