BPCL moves up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore

The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely Bharat Petroleum Global Energy Services (Singapore) Pte

Bharat Petroleum Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 387.70, up by 1.80 points or 0.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 385.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 387.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 388.55 and Rs. 382.85 respectively. So far 77343 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 391.85 on 05-Feb-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 234.15 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 388.55 and Rs. 366.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 167271.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.98%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.45% and 8.57% respectively.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, named Bharat Petroleum Global Energy Services (Singapore) Pte in Singapore, for setting up trading desk for trading in Crude Oil, Natural gas, Petroleum and other Petrochemical products, and for carrying out associated activities. 

BPCL is into exploration, production and retailing of petroleum and petrol related products. The retail business unit of BPCL is into marketing of petrol, diesel and kerosene.
