RailTel Corporation inches up on bagging order worth Rs 17.02 crore

The OFC laying work has to be completed in 9 months

Railtel Corporation Of India is currently trading at Rs. 313.05, up by 0.35 points or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 312.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 314.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 314.00 and Rs. 311.00 respectively. So far 213 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 478.80 on 10-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 265.30 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 337.80 and Rs. 310.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10035.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.52% and 22.63% respectively.

RailTel Corporation of India has received the work order worth around Rs 17.02 crore from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. The order is for the SITC of UG OFC from IIT Delhi to Sonipat Campus and IIT Delhi Campus to Greater Noida with six years AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). The OFC laying work has to be completed in 9 months.
