NTPC informs about disclosure
NTPC has informed that it enclosed disclosure dated 25th February 2026 made by subsidiary NTPC Green Energy (NGEL) titled ‘Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015’ regarding declaration of COD of first part capacity of 50 MW out of 200 MW Dayapar Wind Energy Project Phase-II located in Gujarat of NTPC Renewable Energy, a stepdown subsidiary of NTPC Limited through NGEL, w.e.f. 26th February 2026. With this, the total installed capacity of NTPC group stands at 88,182 MW and commercial capacity at 87,102 MW, respectively.
