To consider the proposal for issuance of Bonus shares. 2. To consider the sub-division/ split of equity shares of the Company. 3. Other business. Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 07th March, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors. All the Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
