In Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirement) Regulations, 2015, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), RMC Switchgears has informed that the credit ratings on the bank facilities of the company have been upgraded by the Infomerics Rating. In this regard, the company has enclosed details of the credit ratings upgraded by Infomerics Ratings to the Company.
