Virinchi informs about allotment of equity shares
Virinchi has informed that the Company has today allotted 13,15,715 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at an issue price of Rs.28/- (premium of Rs.18/- each) on conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis to Vivo Bio Tech (the Shareholder(s)) on receipt of the application money of Rs. 2,76,30,015/- (being the 75% of the issue price). Consequently, the issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 108,79,68,960/- divided into 10,87,96,896 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.
