With reference to the SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 Dated November 26, 2018 in respect of Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities and disclosure and Compliances thereof by Large Corporates, Saptarishi Agro Industries has confirmed that the company is not identified as the Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria given under the SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. The requirement of filing the Disclosure in Annexure A is not applicable to the Company.
