Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Astonea Labs has informed that an inadvertent fire incident took place during the morning hours of 27th April 2026 at its manufacturing facility situated at Vill. Haripur, Tehsil Raipur Rani, District Panchkula, Haryana, India -134204. The incident was brought under control by the on-site safety personnel in close coordination with the local fire-fighting authorities. The Company is presently undertaking a comprehensive assessment to ascertain the extent of damage to property and operational infrastructure. As of the current stage, no human injury or loss of life has been reported. In view of the prevailing circumstances, production activities at the affected unit have been temporarily suspended as a precautionary and safety-oriented measure. The Company is actively implementing requisite measures to safeguard personnel, contain losses, and facilitate the earliest possible resumption of operations. The requisite details in accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 are given in Annexure-I. Any further updates pertaining to operational impact and resultant financial implications, if any, shall be duly communicated in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions under the said Regulations.
