In continuation of earlier intimation dated 25th March, 2026 regarding Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been already closed from 01st April, 2026 and shall remain closed up to 11th May, 2026 i.e. till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & Year ended on 31st March, 2026.
