Review and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and 2. Declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. As informed earlier vide our communication dated March 30, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results i.e. from March 31, 2026 (Tuesday) to May 5, 2026 (Tuesday), as per the Code of Conduct for Designated Persons of the Company framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
