Omaxe has informed that Omaxe Garv Buildtech (Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Omaxe) has received RERA Registration Certificate for one of its projects, ‘COMMERCIAL -3 BLOCK-3’ situated at Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, vide registration no. UPRERAPRJ787830/04/2026. The details of aforementioned project registered with UP RERA are available at www.up-rera.in. The required information in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular vide Reference No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 issued in this regard, are provided in Annexure-I. The copy of this intimation is also being uploaded on Company's website www.omaxe.com and on the website of concerned Stock Exchanges, www.nseindia.com and www.bseindia.com.
