Bondada Engineering has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 27th April, 2026 at the Corporate office of the Company situated at C-26, Kushaiguda Industrial area, Kushaiguda, ECIL, Hyderabad-500062, to transact the following businesses: To consider, approve and take on record of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the 4th quarter of the FY 2025-26 and financial year ended 31st March, 2026; and any other matter with the permission of the Chairman. Further to letter dated 26th March, 2026, with respect to closure of Trading Window, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window closure for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company has already been in operation with effect from 1 st April, 2026 and shall remain closed till 29th April, 2026.
