With reference to earlier submitted Financial Results (Quarter ended 31st March, 2019) through Online BSE Portal on 30th May, 2019, Pushpsons Industries has informed that, accidently while merging all the attachments into one-PDF file as required for submission, the below pages were, somehow and unintentionally missed during that process: - 1. Un-Qualified Declaration (Form-A), 2. Independent Auditor's Report (31st March, 2019). Therefore, after the directions received form the learned office, they have added and merged all attachments as a one complete PDF file in the attached Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2019, to ensure the full compliance and also confirms that the previous Results submitted at the BSE Portal on 30th May, 2019 and fresh Results as attached are the same.
