Physical Rubber prices extend gains on Tuesday
Physical rubber prices extended gains on Tuesday due to continued domestic supply shortages along with robust demand from the automotive and tyre sectors. Moreover, high production costs of synthetic alternatives also helped natural rubber prices’ up-move.
Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety gained to Rs 234/kg to its previous closing of Rs 233/kg; while the RSS-5 variety rose to Rs 230/kg to its previous closing of Rs 228.50/kg.
