Vodafone Idea informs about updates
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, Vodafone Idea has submitted the details of Order issued to the Company by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India under Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018. The Company is reviewing the Order and evaluating the next steps in this matter. The required details under SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 are enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
