Brigade Group signs JDA to develop residential township in East Bengaluru

Brigade Group has signed Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an 8.63-acre parcel in Gunjur, East Bengaluru, a key milestone that enables the development of a larger 39-acre integrated residential township in the Whitefield-Sarjapur corridor. The 39-acre development, planned primarily as a large-scale residential township, will have an estimated gross development value (GDV) of about Rs 7,200 crore.
The overall land assembly for the township is being undertaken through a combination of outright purchase and joint development agreements, with the execution of the 8.63-acre JDA representing a critical trigger for progressing the larger master-planned development.
Brigade Enterprises, a flagship company of Brigade Group, is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
