Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bluspring Enterprises has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved,the allotment of 2,79,703 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the eligible RSUs holders who have exercised their RSUs under the Bluspring Enterprises Limited - Special Purpose Stock Ownership Plan 2025 (Special Purpose SOP 2025).
