Larsen & Toubro informs about updates
Further to the intimation dated April 10, 2026 regarding execution of a Share Purchase and Shareholders’ Agreement for acquisition of 100% stake in International Green Scapes (IGSL) by L&T Realty Properties (L&T RPL) (the ‘Acquisition’), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Larsen & Toubro has informed that L&T RPL has completed the Acquisition on April 13, 2026. Accordingly IGSL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T RPL and the Company, effective April 13, 2026.
