Pursuant to SEBI Circular-SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, with regard to fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities and BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11, 2019, Jyoti Structures has confirmed that for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the Company does not fall into the category of ‘Large Corporate’ as per the framework provided in the aforesaid Circular.
