L&T’s arm acquires 100% stake in International Green Scapes
IGSL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T RPL and the Company, effective April 13, 2026
Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) wholly owned subsidiary -- L&T Realty Properties (L&T RPL) has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in International Green Scapes (IGSL) on April 13, 2026. Accordingly, IGSL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T RPL and the Company, effective April 13, 2026.
Earlier, L&T Realty Properties had executed a Share Purchase and Shareholders’ Agreement for acquisition of 100% stake in IGSL.
