Rashmi Verma (DIN: 01993918) and Shri Narendra Kumar (DIN: 02307690), Independent Director(s) completed on 12th April, 2026 and consequently they ceased to be Director and member on the Board and Committees of PTC India respectively with effect from 13th April, 2026.
