Sanathnagar Enterprises has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sanathnagar Enterprises (‘the Company’) is scheduled to be held on April 17, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further, with reference to letter dated March 23, 2026 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed with effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company.
