Disa India informs about scrutinizers report
In continuation to letter dated March 12, 2026, relating to the notice of postal ballot, Disa India has enclosed the following documents: (1) Voting Results as per Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. (2) Report of Scrutinizer, pursuant to Section 108 and Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. The resolutions proposed in the postal ballot notice has been passed by the Shareholders with requisite majority. The voting results along with the Scrutinizer report will also be made available on the website of the Company at https://www.disa-india.com/investor-relations/disa-india-ltd/notices/.
